Mein Team hat mehrere wichtige Aufgaben, darunter die Neukundenakquise, den Verkauf der Finmatics Produkten, das Führen von Verhandlungen und Abschlüssen, die Erstellung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien sowie die Überwachung und Analyse von Kundenfeedback. Im Sales-Team ist es wichtig, dass man ein tiefes Verständnis der Produkte und Kundenbedürfnisse hat, um effektiv verkaufen zu können.
What makes your Team unique?
My team works closely together and communicates effectively. We are all talented salespeople with a high level of expertise in sales techniques and strategies. Our industry expertise and understanding of our customers' needs make us truly unbeatable as a team. Continuing education and skill development keep us on the cutting edge.
What is your advice for applicants?
In our sales team, you can expect a thorough introduction to all aspects of our business, from products and services to customers and industry. Experienced colleagues will be at your side to support you. You will have the opportunity to participate in training and education workshops to expand your knowledge. Since when are you part of the Finmatics -Family?
I started on the 1st of February 2022 as Head of Marketing – but actually it feels like I have been part of Finmatics way longer. I felt welcomed from day one and was always down for an after-work drink.
What are the responsibilities of your Team?
The marketing team has one big goal in mind: generate inbounds. Each of us has his or her tasks and thus contributes to this big goal: Whether through Google Ads, social media postings, YouTube videos, trade show appearances or the Finmatics website. Especially at Finmatics, marketing means much more than "just designing a logo" - we contribute significantly to the company's existence, attract prospective customers and thus actively shape the brand, the company and also the product "Finmatics".
What makes your Team unique?
I have never been in such an inspiring, humorous, friendly - and at the same time insanely competent team like this one. I think we really stand out because we enjoy what we do and because we can all learn a lot from each other and benefit from the versatility of our team. You also must keep in mind that marketing activities can't be measured in many companies - the nice thing about us is that we can and thanks to HubSpot we know whether a flyer is successful or not and don't have to rely on someone's gut feeling. We also have a lot in common, which is why our quarterly team events are always planned quickly: Whether it's a Harry Potter Escape Room or an Old Danube boat trip with finger food and Aperol on a floating island.
What is your advice for applicants?
Be brave - everybody can be the perfect marketeer. With fun, a keen interest and a high degree of independence, you can always reach the next level with us.
What is your favourite activity to balance out a day at work?
Riding my motorcycle, getting cozy on my patio in my backyard and enjoying a mojito or two with my boyfriend, listening to podcasts (especially Kaulitz Hills - Senf aus Hollywood), reading, or even playing the piano when I can, and singing in the shower.

Since when are you part of the Finmatics -Family?
I joined Finmatics in February 2022. Since I was integrated in the team from the very beginning 6 months felt like two years already.😊
What are the responsibilities of your Team?
The tasks in HR at Finmatics are very broad and exciting. Due to our strong growth, recruiting plays a major role, but the tasks also include strategic personnel planning, supporting employees in various (labor law) issues, employer branding activities, onboarding and organizing employee events.
What makes your Team unique?
When I started at Finmatics in February 2022, I was the first person to explicitly take care of recruiting and HR topics. So my team is still in the process of being established and will hopefully soon grow just like our other teams 😊. The most exciting thing about the HR team is definitely that you can contribute a lot of your own ideas and thus help build a successful HR organization.
What is your advice for applicants?
It is very important to us that applicants always feel comfortable and valued during the application process. Be courageous, self-confident and authentic. The most important thing for us is that you fit in well with our team and bring the necessary motivation and drive to help us advance the digitalization and automation of various financial processes.
What is your favourite activityto balance out a day at work?
As a Carinthian, I love to spend my free time in nature and in the mountains, skiing, hiking or bouldering. But I also really enjoy spending time with friends in the city in a good restaurant with a glass of Aperol and a lot of chatting and laughing 😊

Since when are you part of the Finmatics -Family?
Spoken in Finmatics terms since forever - which is since September 2021. It does not seem too long but the growth of the company since then is insane. 😉
What are the responsibilities of your Team?
My team takes care of customer acquisition. We present our product over the phone and convince tax consultants to take the step into digitalization with us.
What makes your Team unique?
The SDR team is our largest team with top motivated people. You learn a lot about sales techniques not only from the company, but also from each other.
What is your advice for applicants?
My approach is "learning-by-doing". I have always worked besides my studies and can only recommend it to everyone to gain work experience at an early stage. We have a lot of students in our team who found in this company an opportunity for hands-on experience and a starting point for their professional career after graduation.
What is your favourite activity to balance out a day at work?
Nothing! 😃 On weekends I am happy to go out with friends, but if I had a stressful day at work, I prefer to do nothing at all in the evening - recharge batteries. Maybe watch a few series or read a book 😉

What work equipment will I be provided with?

What is the recruiting process at Finmatics?
The recruiting process at Finmatics varies depending on the position, but generally consists of 2-3 steps. First, there is usually a telephone interview to get a first impression of the applicants and to match their qualifications. This is followed by a face-to-face interview on site or remotely if face-to-face is not possible. We aim to contact applicants within one week of receiving their application and take the first step in the selection process.
